Yoldas Dutkusu ...

... my clients call me Coach Yooz.

I am from the Netherlands and I am 27 years old.

I have a diploma in sports therapy and am a licensed personal trainer by conviction.


My personal experience in the most difficult situations of my life shaped me and my career so that sport, nutrition and the pursuit of physical performance became my passion.

 

My goal is to help others to find a healthier lifestyle for themselves and to pass on my knowledge to them.

 

And since every person is unique and has different strengths and weaknesses, my method is based on the personal health, schedule and above all on the goal of each client.

Personal training

I support you with an individual training plan and nutrition coaching personally at your home or your chosen location, so that we can achieve your goal. The whole thing is of course tailored to your everyday life and your time budget.

Online coaching

Online coaching has the advantage that it is location-independent and cheaper. But you will be supported virtually by me with the same quality as in personal training so that we can achieve your goal.
